A Hidden Gem We only stayed for one night after a trans Atlantic flight. From check in to leaving everything surpassed our expectations. There is a funky 60’s vibe to the hotel which is kind of refreshing. The young lady who check us in was pleasant and informative. We were in room 106 which was a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the very nice and refreshing pool. I thought it might be a bit noisy because of its location, but that was not the case. We did not realize that breakfast was included. When we checked out a little after their breakfast time, which ends at 10:00, they were very accommodating and allowed us to have their ample buffet breakfast before breaking it down. I would highly recommend Caseros’s on just about all levels. The one small downside was we had a lunch there, which was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. However, everything else was five star.

Absolutely loved it here. Great location for walking to the beach or nearby restaurants, just through the pool area to a convenient river walk straight to the beach. I appreciated that there was a wayfinding sign visible from the bus stop since I took a bus from the rail station in Cannes (though I think the sign is for drivers, it just happened to be helpful for me too). Some past reviews had me a little worried about room cleanliness but I thought my room was clean. Friendly staff. Good food and drinks. My original plan was to only stay in Nice with friends for a few days, but I later added an extra 2-3 days solo at this hotel. I wish I had stayed here in the first place and will likely come back to use more of the services and amenities they have. My only complaint is the carpets - odd choice of flooring in my opinion, and always make any place seem dirtier just thinking about what’s caught up in that piling…

Stylish and functional resort. Great balance of price, quality and service. The interiors are inspired by the magic '60s, but nothing is overdone. The furniture is minimalist but functional, rooms are large and beds confortable. The structure is generally very clean. The outside facilities are well integrated with the overall style: everything from the facade colorful paints to the tables layout and furniture add up together to leave an impression of a well thought project. Personnel is kind and professional. Swimming pool is small but reasonably enjoyable. Price to performance is very competitive for the standards of the region. In-house restaurant and drinks are a bit on the expensive side though: food qulity is very good but the bill will soar up quite fast. There are cheaper and good alternatives in town. This could be the only remark for an otherwise very attractive proposition.

Lovely relaxing hotel, situated in a quiet area of Mandelieu, on the river. Comfortable room and balcony. A bit strange with the porthole window from the bedroom to the bathroom. Wifi from our room at least (214) was very weak, almost impossible to connect. Breakfast out in the courtyard was an absolute delight in the warm October sunshine, with good quality fresh bread, pastries, freshly-squeezed fruit juices, and excellent barista coffee - a very pleasant experience.

This is the best hotel in the south of France !I’m here from California for a few weeks as I wanted to spend some time in the south of France . The hotel is under a new ownership they just did the big opening in July . The positive energy, the costumer service , the food , the cocktails and the rooms are incredible. There is a nice pool as well . What I love the most is every little details . The concept is the 70’s in California so you will feel being back in time in a city like Palm spring. This place is very close to Cannes and Nice … this colorful hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the beach which was perfect and it’s right in front of a beautiful canal where you can rent a boat or walk along the promenade . The hotel also have bikes. Thank you again !

The hotel is really a gem next to Cannes and out of my expectation. We have stayed here for weekend home away and it really gives us a perfect sense of holiday🥰 - very good buffet breakfast with good coffee freshly made and served by bartender, plus fresh pressed real juices - heated swimming pool with beautiful decorations - very friendly staff
